We have been shopping at Diamonds Direct for at least 8 years. They are always friendly, listen to your needs and tastes, and help you find exactly the right thing. Leslie is fantastic! She has helped us a bunch and it’s like she knows exactly what you want even if you have trouble explaining. She’s so friendly, helpful, patient and honest. And the craftsmanship on their pieces and work is exceptional. There’s nowhere else we go for jewelry! Thank you Leslie and Kimery!

We had such a relaxed experience at Diamonds Direct today. We came in for a diamond upgrade and Dmitriy truly went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the upgrade policy, and made sure we understood the pricing and value at every step. There was zero pressure, just transparency, professionalism, and genuine care. He handled the entire process thoughtfully and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. The experience felt smooth, straightforward, and trustworthy from beginning to end. We left with a beautiful diamond at a great cost and complete confidence in our purchase. We will absolutely continue doing business here and highly recommend asking for Dmitriy specifically. I also wouldn't ever purchase my diamonds from anywhere but Diamonds Direct. Their lifetime upgrade and care policies make any purchase feel like a great investment. I just recently took advantage of both services and there is no red tape to go through. Ash was great. He did a great job with sharing some options that worked out really well for us. We ended up walking away with a beautiful diamond necklace and upgraded my wife's engagement ring to a bigger diamond. We both were very satisfied! Definitely recommend!

They are so caring at Diamonds Direct. They truly listen to what you want and if there is a special occasion. There is no pressure and you are free to browse as long as you want. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and I wanted a vintage style ring. We got the perfect one!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. First let me start with the fabulous phone call I had with Jana that led me into the store. When I got to the store I asked for Jana and she pointed me in the direction of their manager Dianne. Dianne was a huge help with finding out what kind of diamonds were in my necklace. She did amazing assisting me and informing me about the piece I had. While I waited Jana offered me water and coffee, made me feel like a VIP. After Dianne finished with my necklace Jana took me over to look at some rings, the second reason I was there. She took her time hand picking settings that I told her I’d be most interested in and showing me different diamonds the store had to offer. I felt very relaxed and didn’t feel any “sales” pressure when she was showing me what they had to offer and how they could customize something to my liking. I also had my 1 year old with me and Jana went above and beyond helping to keep him entertained and being playful with him. When I set him down for a second to fill out some paperwork Jana walked with him around the store and he had the hugest smile on his face playing with her. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a better place for your jewelry needs, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Specifically, Jana is an absolute delight to work with; she remembers and engages with customers, making the entire process incredibly enjoyable. First time visiting Diamonds Direct even though I’ve lived in Richmond longer than they’ve been open. I worked directly with Ash and the whole experience was excellent. All the staff was incredibly helpful and appeared genuinely interested in helping me get the right gift for the occasion. No hard sales mentality or pressure, only a true desire to help me pick the perfect gift. I will definitely be back to buy other jewelry as life’s moments occur. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Diamonds Direct in Richmond on a recommendation from a good friend, and honestly couldn't be happier with the choice. The selection, quality, and support was the best in the area, but it was the service and care from our diamond specialist, Katia, that was truly incredible, and made the experience. She was able to work some serious magic to help us get the perfect ring. My (now) fiancee and I had a trip to Italy planned, and not long before we left I made the decision to surprise her with a proposal. Her two best friends recommended Diamonds Direct, and so the week before the trip, the two of them went with me to look for some inspiration, not at all expecting to find the ring. Katia was absolutely wonderful throughout. She found a setting that perfectly matched my fiancee's style, helped us navigate the multitude of diamond attributes to find a gorgeous stone in my budget, and was able to have the ring resized, all in a few days before we left. The level of professionalism and care she and the rest of the team showed were nothing short of incredible, and as a result our engagement in Rome was everything we could have hoped for. My fiancee absolutely adores the ring, and gets compliments on it every day. We will be back for our wedding bands!
